My child was treated very bad and it wasn't the first time. They always present the bad attitude to customers you wait for your order shame😢. She couldn't even proceed to buy food. Thanks to KFC Northridge staff they are so friendly.

KFC was busy due to the arts and culture festival but the staff handled the requests and orders well. Working like a well oiled machine, finger licking good. The tables were cleaned frequently creating a clean environment to enjoy the colonel’s 11 herbs and spiced chicken. I'm giving this KFC 1 star for one reason. I've never in my life of drinking coke ever drank anything as horrible as the coke I was served today. Actually whatever that was does not even deserve to be called that. It was black, gooey(like they put 100 times more sugar),and steam less. What are they feeding us? Chicken was fine. This KFC has a tendency of always not having wings when you try to order of you have to wait 20 min for your order to be prepared but kfc is a fast food eatery Today marks the day I’ll never set foot in that shop I came in at 21:30 ordered at 21:52 got my food only at 22:35 I literally waited for an hour just to get food but we are able to see the drive through get continuous service normally, for a person who is in the restaurant industry I’m highly disappointed in the continuous service this restaurant upholds Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person R 200–250 Recommended dishes Zinger Wings
