I have had numerous incidents at this branch of kfc. From waiting 30+mins for my order after going through the drive through. To moldy bunns. To incomplete orders. And sending your receipt and query to customer care serves up no results. I am never going back to this kfc.

I have been to this KFC five times in total, they have conveniently forgotten to put the drinks in the bag 4 out 5 times, the last time around Christmas time I went to the drive-thru to order, was informed the speed point was out of order, I informed the the lady that I was just going to go draw from the atm in the same centre(Ben Fleur Boulevard), just to return to someone running out to place a crate in front of my car as I was driving into the drive-thru, this being the sign that the store was now closed. I walked towards the main entrance where I was just refused service. It is a shame actually as this is one of the KFC with the best food and it so conveniently located. Ordered from them again today, this time through MR D, guess what? No cold drinks!

Repeat of sooo many mistakes, on Friday 21 July 2023 we bought a meal with a zinger sauce only to realise they didn’t include it (i paid for it)
Today 25th of July 2023 i buy 8 piece, I specifically asked for small pieces coz the meal ia for kids. All i got is chunks, I am beyond dissatisfied
Worst KFC experience ever! Would not recommend to anyone. Waiting 30 minutes plus at a FAST FOOD branch is absolutely ridiculous and substandard to KFCs service and expectation thereof. Please fix this, the service is absolutely horrible.
