Placed a carry out two hours prior to closing. No one in the place. Somehow my chicken kabob meal was missing the Tzatziki sauce and the red sauce that comes on the rice. Literally the entire point of the meal (in my opinion) are the sauces. Paid for microwaved rice and a semi decent chicken kabob. And even left a tip for the carry out. I’m taking part of the blame for putting my faith in the woman that bagged my food. I know better to check! But will never order from here again. And advise others to save your money and stay away. I ordered the chicken tender dinner online. I went to pick it up. The girl was texting and after 2 hellos didn't look up. After a bit louder "excuse me" she finally looked up. I got home with my order and the portion size looked like a kids meal. This meal was $12. The food also looked and tasted microwaved. I should have been more suspicious since I showed up 10 minutes before my posted time and the food was ready. Never coming here again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Staff 10/10 service 10/10 food was 4/5 I wanted to give it a 5 star really. It's a nice kind of old school restaurant. Serves a combination of American staples like the koney dog. Also has Greek staples like the gyro, however the one thing that was missing that I would have like to seen just a hint more of is flavor from the koney dog. It was just alright. I will say though don't let this dissuade you, definitely worth trying. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Horrible. Could not order online. Dry and broken bun. Hardly any mustard. Koney fries has hardly any chili on them. Hotdogs are OLD. Went to get new ones, and they blamed me! Said it was because I ordered take out so when I got home they were not fresh. Mind you, I live 2 minutes away! Legit 2 mins away!!! JUST DONT GO TO THIS ONE! There are better ones out there and near this one!!

Dead on a Friday night. 7 pm. Not too friendly staff just not engaged.. seems like nobody wanted to be there. Food was ok. Very clean but dry. Nothing I dislike more than when the manager is speaking a different language for all to hear on the phone for nearly 20 minutes. Very out of touch with the 5 customers that were there. I have been there numerous times and never had an issue. This time, I took a bite of the burger, and it was terrible. I think it was some bad meat. The restraunt did take it off the bill. This is the only time I have had any issues. Things do happen, and as long as it does not keep happening. I will still eat there. My daughter and I come here about once a week. They are usually always pretty nice and the food is always quick but omg delicious! I've only ever had 1 bad experience here and they corrected it IMMEDIATELY! There is 1 waitress who is always pretty rude and does not seem to like her job but the food is worth it if you just ignore her lol.. Definitely my daughters #1 pick for lunch. Our first question to the server after we sat down was, “How is the coffee?” We were told that the restaurant had good coffee. That was not our opinion. The coffee was terrible. We ordered a breakfast special for $4.99 and an English muffin with two coffees. The total came to $11.49. The breakfast was good but nothing to write home about. The best part of the service was Francis and the only reason Kerry’s Coney Island got a 3. I would have given the restaurant a 2. Francis made the meal and made it entertaining. I don’t think we will be returning to the restaurant.
