I went in for breakfast and was seated promptly. I ordered 2 coffees, toast, and a breakfast set (2 eggs, 2 pancakes, and sausage). We were charged a $3 splitting fee for sharing food, which we weren't told about when we placed the order. In addition to the surprising split fee charge, there was also a $1.50 tax charge included in the bill that nobody mentioned while taking payment by credit card., The staff replied casually with oh! That's just fees for using your credit card. The restaurant engaged in bad business practices by charging unexpected fees without proper disclosure.
