Don't eat the Burger Special!
It is awful. They use some kind of processed beef patty that stays a weird red even after it has been cooked.
The cappuccino is quite nice.
The service is good, except that no one offers any solution when you explain that the food really isn't nice to eat.

There is a wine tasting room and a restaurant....
There is nobody to welcome you and direct you in any direction....
They would not really know how to welcome International guests because you are greeted and spoken to in Afrikaans....
Once the wine is served, you wait for ages for the pizza to be served with the Pairing....
Then because you do a Pairing, yiu can't get the special offer of purchasing for more than R300 and the tasting is free....
There is a lack of understanding and communication between the tasting room and the restaurant....
Only they are understanding what is the concept in their Winery but this is not communicated to the patrons who actually keep them in business....
There is no effort to improve the service and I don't think that the service will ever improve....
The wheelchair accessible toilet is a regular toilet with a handlebar....
The person in a wheelchair will have to sit with door open....
It is sad to see how much lack of care there is to their patrons....

A potentially great venue and restaurant marred by really bad service. The wait for food is consistently extremely long and when questioned met with inadequate explanations and a bad attitude - from the manageress. Disappointing service levels.

Great place. Some crockery chiped knife and fork was a little dirty. Bob burger was raw. I am a resident in Villiersdorp but we should always strive to be the best

A very poor reception, we were basically dissuaded by being told the lady is busy with 5 people doing wine tasting and she could not indicate how long it would take to serve us, yet there were 3 people behind the counter seemingly doing nothing.
