Very beautiful atmosphere and concept but I will not be returning because food sucked terribly and the bartender in the front was visibly rude towards every non white customer including myself. Being an observant reviewer I quickly noticed that this location lacks cultural sensitivity and good food. Regardless of stereotypes and personal bias employees did not treat every customer with respect on 2/1/2024. The many looks of disgust and the extremely rude attitude that the dark haired bartender in the front bar showed towards non Caucasian customers was quite heartbreaking and very sickening (please look at the cameras from beginning 11:30pm so that you can see for yourselves ). She only smiled at Caucasian customers and flipped her hair and frowned at non Caucasian customers. She also asked to “hold” my card rather than informing me that she was cash me out after ordering food and a drink as if she did not trust that I was going to pay my bill (I still tipped) although she greeted myself and others with a side eye and frown. I’m assuming that maybe she has PTSD from college students (I personally graduated from 3 universities none that are in Orlando and was visiting this location for the first time) but I’m never returning. I’m quite disgusted and I feel uneasy that I even witnessed such mistreatment towards myself and others. If you would like to discuss anything in detail please free to reply. I left feeling disturbed as I witnessed the unwarranted degrading attitude that was displayed to multiple paying customers. The rude facial expressions, remarks, body language, and attitude was flat out unnecessary. Do minorities a favor and implement cultural sensitivity, diversity, and inclusion training in this company. As for the food, the bruschetta flat bread was cold, and drowned in vinaigrette. My salad was withered. I immediately threw the food in the trash. Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I came here last Monday with my boyfriend who lives in the area, and we had so much fun learning from and hanging out with Sky that we decided to come back the next night since she was working again!!! I had only been axe throwing one time prior, but was hitting the bullseye almost every time the second night we came in. Sky does such an amazing job not only teaching the basics, but also explains why you aren't hitting the target when you miss a shot, which I found insanely helpful since I was able to correct the mistake since I knew what specifically I was doing wrong. We made friends with some of Sky's regulars, and we had such an amazing time that I am seriously pushing up my move in date from Boston to Orlando just so I can keep coming back and hang with Sky. All of the servers we had were WONDERFUL (Anthony and Cat were SO awesome), I would recommend the pretzel bites with double beer cheese (skip the mustard sauce!), and the Calypso drink was so dangerously good. We never have a bad time at the Keg Social, come learn to axe throw on a night Sky is working I promise you will not regret it!!!! Service: 5

Amazing place for family gatherings, business outings, or just for people to hang out. We hosted an office function and rotating through the different stations kept everyone engaged and everyone having a great time. The ax throwing was very popular. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came to Kegs for a team social event. It was my very first time here and I must say our server Larry was nothing short of amazing. Spent my birthday here last night with my friends and we had a great time. Elysse was our server and she was absolutely amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. I’ll definitely be booking another get together here soon . This really is a good place to get all your friends together . The food was really good and the drinks were made right .
