Absolutely fantastic! The place is wild and buzzing with people! Staff is quick and super friendly - they know just enough English to get everything right. And the food... oh my! We had the chapati and beef curry and it was absolutely amazing. Chapati is freshly made on a table in the middle of the sidewalk. It was probably the best food we‘ve had while in Myanmar. A delicious dinner and a great place to experience!
Milk tea was ok but chapati was not as good as posted on review. Cold and not freshly made. Mutton curry was delicious but meat was not tender. Slight below my expectation but a place to consider if you're craving for late supper. Closes at 1am.
What a great place. This street food stand is always busy, but the boys who run it (yes, they're actually boys - I'd say about 12 years old max) are so efficient that you never have to wait more than a minute or two for anything. I requested vegetarian, simply because I wasn't in the mood for meat, and with one of the boys' help, ordered several dishes, one of which wasn't even on the menu. It all tasted so good. Freshly cooked, quickly served, and super cheap - a meal for two with drinks came to MMK 3700 (about $2.70, €2.50, £2.20 at today's rates). We even had a nice chat with the people on the next table, who live in Mandalay, but are frequent visitors to this place. Definitely recommend.
Indian inspired Burmese food. Very very good value for money. The chapati was tasty and rich and the chicken curry delicious - especially the gravy (which you can hardly call a curry)

If you're craving a late night snack 🥞or a quick bite, I would like to recommend Kaung Thant aka. Nay Café. Hot Milk Tea🥛☕️, Chapati with vegetables🥦🌶 and meat stews, Special Mutton Soup with Extra Bone Marrow 😋, so on... So if you have a chance, give it a try. Remember to blend in with the vibe... A very popular corner shop for Indian food. The service is super fast and the prices are very reasonable.
