Cute shop inside Flatiron Crossings mall. I previously had a Chai, and it was great. However, this past visit, I tried a white chocolate mocha. Was really disappointed. No coffee taste. Just tasted like really sweet milk. Espresso to milk/flavoring needs to be adjusted.

Drinks weren’t bad, the place is cute. It was my first time in, there was literally no one else in the shop and the person taking our order wasn’t friendly. I understand people have off days we’re not robots but Idk I ordered something random cuz the vibe was not it and I just wanted to be done with the interaction w them asap

Good coffee/tea, and good service. It’s in the mall so maybe not the most standard setting for a shop like this but they make the most of it and the atmosphere in the store is a lot of fun. A lot of really good choices!

Generally the drinks and the customer service are great. This evening I ordered a chai milkshake like I have plenty of times in the past, but this time the drink did not come out how it was supposed to. What she initially handed me was super liquidy and slightly warm. I handed it back and politely asked why it was so liquidy. She told me that she ran out of the already softened ice cream and could try to blend up some more in it to fix. I let her try to fix, but when she handed it back it was still really liquidy. I could tell it had a little more thickness to it but it still had the consistency of melted ice cream. She said it was the best she could do, and I honestly didn't feel like pushing it with her. I've never had anything that terrible made for me here in the past. My husband and I love going here and up to this it's been great. I don't like leaving a poor review for a place that I like, but I also feel like if you pay $10 for a drink, you should get what you paid for. If she knew it wasn't enough ice cream when she was making the drink, she could've just said so and refunded our money.

Came in this past Wednesday and the woman working was so lovely, the customer service was absolutely terrific. I had several questions as I wanted to get some of the chai latte mix to go, and the employee was great answering all my questions. She gave me a few samples so I could decide what flavor I wanted to get, which was so so helpful and nice. I was happy to hear they make their mix in-house. I am so pleased with the bags I got and will likely be back when I run out. Would love some decaf of the low sugar blend ;) What a cute place!

Might I just say the drinks are awesome, and comes with great drinks is amazing service from everyone! I will say especially Trish and Mindy. Always so welcoming, sweet, quick. They have impacted this place so much for me to continuously come back. Everyone else is awesome too! Shout out flatirons! We all love you as well as all my coworkers. Everyone I have try you guys all say the drinks are amazing. Great job and much love !!💗

Banana Split
A nice little coffee shop which specializes with Chai. Had a soy latte which was good but not anything different then the Starbucks near by. The barista even said they use the same beans. Wish they would try and differ from them and not imitate then. Also, unfortunately they charge extra for non dairy milk.
Cute Chai place at the mall. It feels cozy. Always have friendly service. I love Chai and they have such great varieties of flavors. They sell the syrups as well, at a decent price. My daughter enjoys as well and we get a Chai everytime we go to the Mall. Thanks for all that you do!

Absolutely 💯 has been such a special and unique place to me. Been coming here for years and am never disappointed. The staff is so pleasant and cheerful. The beverages are incredibly delicious. My go-to favorite drink is the Hugs and Kisses blend. This shop has been my favorite place to bring friends and family for any occasion!
