For this price, it is worth dining in. The taste and food presentation are above average. However, all the ingredients are very simple ones which we can easily see in normal markets. The portion of each dish is quite small. After all the dishes, I still felt hungry. (I dont have a man's stomach)
As for the wine pairing, the choice of wine is good but the portion they gave me was far far far less than that from other high end restaurants. Don't recommend it.

A fine restaurant with a group of passionate staff offers fine food, and highly recommended to go for taste. The way of presenting the idea of Terroir is sophisticated and appreciated.
While booking a table, we used inline booking platform but there were some questions about booking. The staff was being kind and careful with our requirements and promptly respond to questions.
On the day when entering for dinning, we feel relaxed and comfortable though the space is limited and served for max. 16 people. The materials are quality and careful selected. Dressing is pretty nice and perfectly matched with this season menu.
The way of their presentation is appreciated. The staff has good skills to make the fusion of French cuisine with local agricultural products in a creative way of cooking.
We could ask questions about dishes, ideas of cooking, establishing this fine dinning, and any others. Very friendly and patient with customer’s needs. It’s very pleasure place to enjoy the food and chatting with families and friends. Looking forward to the next visit and menu

Really nice place, only one like this in the county?
All young people there and really good food, a nice dining experience.
This is a new concept in this area, i would highly recommend the staff to invest some time into learning English for the course as well as the meal introduction. Staff can not speak and understand English and the area of zhunan and toufen are getting more and more white collar expads.

我是臨時前一個禮拜才確定要去,還好還有位置,所以提醒一下要提前訂位喔!
整個建築外觀跟內裝都是很漂亮、精緻的那種,餐點的部分總共10道,3道是甜點,因為是第一次吃這種類型的餐廳,中間空檔的時間真的等蠻久,大概從6點半吃到9點,餐點又是比較精緻小巧的,不免10道吃完還是有點微餓😂(個人不是小鳥胃)
不過每一道都非常有特色,而且說實話還是蠻好吃的!但比較可惜的是吃不出層次感,僅僅是將食材各別的味道展現出來,沒有融合在一起碰撞出來的新滋味。
但可以吃出來用料很好、食材新鮮,而且有將客家文化的特色融入在裡面,別出心裁。
當天有加點主廚推薦?(鹿肉),沒有想像中腥或是難下嚥,整體處理方式很棒,如果這個季節還有提供,可以嘗試看看!
另外覺得服務生非常用心,當月是男友生日,但沒有特別跟店家講,可能跟男友聊天有提到就被服務生聽到,還特地幫我們畫盤子,那道甜點也是我們認為3個甜點中表現最好的一道,超級謝謝服務生❤️
最後就是價格部分,訂位完要先付訂金(1000$/人),10道吃下來沒有點酒只點氣泡水,人均差不多2650左右,如果是想吃氣氛跟精緻的我推薦,但如果是要吃飽或是談CP值的就自己多參考囉!
