Indoor and outdoor seating. Has a lot of Spanish workers. Tv screens, bar games and food is available. I did not buy food though so can't comment on it. Atmosphere is good and their music system sounds great. Car park is located opposite the bar. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I don’t understand this country’s obsession with serving food slathered in condiments that no one asked for. I ordered chicken wontons at this establishment, recently, the person preparing my order (out of sight) asked me twice if I wanted pepper, to which I replied “no.” My order showed up 10 mins later doused in ketchup. I was both disgusted and confused as to what I said during our initial exchange that would have translated to “no I don’t want pepper but yes I want my entire meal ruined by an absurd amount of ketchup.” When I sent the grotesque display of garbage that a trash panda would even refuse; back and informed the person kindly and respectfully that I didn’t order ketchup, his response was “well yuh didn’t say dat” 😒Good sir! It was your responsibility to inform a paying customer, either by a big ole sign stating clearly how your backward establishment serves food, OR verbally, with a simple “it comes with ketchup and pepper, do you want that?” Throughout the entire repeat exchange of “yuh want pepper” you failed to communicate that, the order would be served by default WITH ketchup. How in the world was I to “tell yuh dat?” Have y’all ever heard about food allergies? There’s no reputable establishment in Trinidad that would serve food, especially wontons in that manner. At chinese restaurants, there’s a station for the customer to dress their order anyway they please. They are given the option to do this, but nooooo not at Kamachie’s; it’s one set of ketchup like it’s going out of style. To make matters worse, a companion of mine also placed an order for wontons and upon seeing the debacle I was served, signalled the person behind the counter and said (ahead of time) I do not want ketchup on my order. Instead of making the order right, he told her that “they didn’t have anymore” and that my previous screwed up order was all that was left. If that was actually true, why would you as a legitimate kitchen manager not inform her ahead of time that “it doh have no more” instead, you took her money and served that poor woman effed up wontons THAT you already served someone else. Are you not aware of your inventory? Given all of the above indiscretions, I could excuse them all; except the “yuh didn’t tell meh dat” response. The person preparing and serving food orders was very wrong, yet he instinctively deflected blame onto the paying customer, taking no responsibility for the f#%* up at all. Typical man behaviour though; avoids accountability like a plague.

The noise and loud bass of this place is way over the legal limit, continuous and into the late night/morning. It would be a very good business if it did not intentionally torture the residents of the area in a way that it degrades their daily lives in a very uncivilized manner. If you have any compassion or care for humans, please do not support this type of behaviour and at the very least, if you're having a drink there, please keep asking them to have some concern for the law and human rights - ask them to keep the music within the business place everytime you interact. Please stop pointing the speakers outside the establishment and pumping illegal levels of bass into people's private lives. Thank you to anyone who does this. You have my eternal gratitude.
Good vibes and music...and lots of variety on the drinks and food...not too much on the music...to each it's own
