We had a party of 13. 10 of us had arrived and were waiting for the remaining. Our server (long brown hair) allowed us to be seated so we could look at the menu while we waited. We all sat and were looking at the menu (there were also small children in the highchair). We were sitting for 5 minutes, and the hostess with long gray hair asked us to get up and wait by the door. She stated that we could not sit till our party had fully arrived. We all walked up and waited by the door. The rest of our party arrived maybe 2 minutes later. We were very disappointed and felt like the hostess could've handled the situation much better. We all ended up going to Tokyo Diner for a lovely, pleasant evening. Service: 1

If I could give this establishment more stars, I would! This was our first time eating here and we will definitely be back! Relaxing, clean atmosphere. Our chef Brian was amazing. Not only was he entertaining to watch, he was friendly and the food was delicious! Our waitress was wonderful as well, as she never left our drinks run empty. Yesterday was my first time there. The wait time was over an hour when we had a reservation, when we finally got seated the waitress took over an hour to come and ask us what we wanted to drink, took another 40 minutes to bring the drinks, we had to get up and ask at least 3 times what was taking so long. Then she finally came and asked what we wanted to eat at this point it was 8-830p.m when we had already been there since 6:45 p.m. Then finally at 9 the chef comes. At that point I just got up and left and didn't even want anything to eat from them I just went somewhere else. Some of the party stayed. But for me that was HORRIBLE customer service. Honestly, mixed thoughts. Theirs proved are a bit on the expensive side for hibachi in the area. Then the soup came out (which I usually barely touch) and I was blown away with how good it was! The chef put on a great show too. Unfortunately the actual hibachi food just wasn't great and definitely not worth the cost (gristle in chicken and fillet somehow?). Service was great though, and when my 6 yr old didn't like their fruit punch (homemade) they let him get something else for free. In summary, great service, mixed food quality, but a bit too pricey for what you get. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
