Horrible experience at kaffehaus today. Owner followed a friend and I out of the establishment to let us know he was running a business and not a waiting room. Not everyone wants to buy something everywhere they go. I would never recommend or go back. Plenty of other establishments in town that serve coffee and tea that treat their patrons with kindness and respect.

I went for lunch today with a few friends and it was the perfect spot for a quiet, relaxed meetup. The people are very friendly! Well spaced seating. Free parking is a plus. The food is great for what it is, minimalist but satisfactory meals. Having all the "bells and whistles" so to speak, is not always necessary. Personally I chose not to question any prices knowing everything nowadays is expensive, for both customers and business owners. I'd so much rather eat a simple healthier meal here than go to a typical fast-food joint. As for sweets, I took some cake home for my fiance and I to try, and it tasted so good! :)

I've been here a bunch of times and the food is always great! I've recently started dining in and it's a great spot to hang out, have some pastries, and get some work done. I can definitely recommend a breakfast egg wrap or a roast beef sandwich. Their freshly made pastries are great too! You can't go wrong with anything here and it's consistently great!
Update Oct 2023 - Still an excellent place to have breakfast, brunch, or lunch! Everyone is very friendly here.

Besides the very well mannered young man at the counter, everything else was embarrassingly bad.
The coffee tasted like something from Cumberland farms, and I’m not sure if the espresso was from an espresso machine or a few days stale Folgers brew (this was not a folgers price tag). The croissant was served chilled and rock hard…
I sadly tossed half of what we ordered, I just couldn’t do it.
Save yourself the disappointment and go literally anywhere else in Saratoga… maybe they had better stuff in 2021, but sadly not anymore, these other positive reviews are dated.
The man sitting at the table next to me had a drink from Starbucks.. so if you want just a nice place to sit.. I guess that’s how you do it lol

I love the variety of items on the menu. We came through for coffee and didn't realize we were getting delicous pastries, coffee and smoothies. The drive thru was a plus and the service we received was amazing from beginning to end!
