So delicious 🤤 I got the pumpkin cream cold brew and a macadamia cookie; it was amazing! They make their pumpkin cream in house and it was amazing. The cookie was gooey and chocolate-y. I love the warm fall vibes. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fast service with good hot and cold drink options. Drinks can be customized with some syrups. Have good baked goods too. Their potato egg and cheese kolache and apple turnover were delicious. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped in while in town. The friendly staff was able to recommend several iced coffee flavors. Ultimately decided on the snickerdoodle with coconut milk ...yum! Highly recommend 👌🏼 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Kaffe Haus is a nice coffee spot where you can get a delicious latte and buy a good pastry. I also like their interior; it is nice and great to drink a cup of coffee there. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Super friendly service and great coffee! Lots of milk choices and good prices too. They had lots of local things you could purchase as well. Would happily come back for my morning pick me up! Service Dine in Price per person $1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Iced Latte
I had a raspberry hibiscus milk tea which was refreshing without being too sweet. The macaroon tasted like the topping on a German chocolate cake without the nuts--homeade, but almost like candy. I splurged on a brownie also, and they gave me a knife I could use to cut it to save some for later. It was chocolaty and moist without being too rich. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend. Cute little place. Great customer service. I thought the chocolate croissant had burnt edges and it was immediately exchanged. The new one was not as dark but had 2 bits that had a burned taste. Maybe back down the bake about 30 seconds might do the trick. Tea served in cardboard. I prefer ceramic when sitting down to eat and drink . We have enough trash in this world. The atmosphere was great and I would definitely return. Nice additions items for sale here. Worth a visit for sure. My comments are only suggestions for a five star rather than a 4 star review. Never charge a customer 75 cents for honey or any other adds without discussing the additional charge. It’s an ethics thing. Wish the young woman great success. I once was a young entrepreneur and loved getting feedback on ways to improve. It was always worth my time to listen and learn Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

I got a strawberry matcha and my friends got cold brew with Mexican vanilla and sweet cream. The matcha didn’t have a strawberry taste which was disappointing. The cold brew was really good and was flavorful. They also have pastries too but we didn’t get to try it. There’s not much seating so we took the drinks to-go. They have some merchandise too (the mug was $18). There’s also a little store on the side that sells cute clothes and jewelry. Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was our first stop in Fredericksburg, and will not be a place we return to. I got a potato egg and cheese kolache and a Macchiato. The kolache was okay - the flavor wasn’t bad but the texture was mushy. The macchiato was a disappointment. The beans were obviously burnt, the milk wasn’t steamed properly, and the drink was scalding hot. Even a packet of sugar couldn’t save it. Both items were left unfinished. The ambiance was nice. The large windows let in good natural light, and the barista - while clearly overwhelmed - was kind. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
