Completely unacceptable behaviour to embarrass a patient who is there to feel better due to psychological issues, by causing her to cry in the café. A friendly approach would be much better for business.
Also gossiping about visitors on phone after incident, totally unacceptable!
Edit: Take the response with a grain of salt and read other reviews explaining what you might encounter. There were no threats from us, it's simply projection. The guard though is very kind and understanding who tried her best. I understand there are cafe rules but a smile and a gentle reminder goes a long way.
The incident has been reported to region Stockholm and Patientnämnden for investigation.
I do not know the quality of the food and beverages due to me quickly changing my mind about ordering after the incident described above.
Customers in the café are likely to be patients (it's within a hospital), general hospital staff and of course visitors.
The café itself is located inside Jakobsbergs sjukhus and you find it immediately after entering (2A i believe).

Då jag är på sjukhuset väldigt ofta har jag även besökt caféet ofta. Otroligt brett sortiment av både varm och kall mat dryck, bakverk och godis. Trevlig, varm och hjälpsam personal för de som tex behöver bärhjälp till bord etc. Har inget mer att önska.

Ett perfekt café inne i ett sjukhus med stort utbud av det mesta. Här kan du njuta av en god kaffe och fika eller en fräsch lunch! Personal är alltid tillmötesgående. Helt fantastiskt!
