Been there twice in two weeks. Once I had the gyro meat, eggs, sourdough toast & hashbrowns. The last time had there banana foster French toast. My half brother had the loaded breakfast and said it was fantastic. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes French Toast

Upon entering I was little lost on where to go but made my way slowly to the counter area. Was greeted and addressed accordingly. I ordered the Mickey Mouse Pancake and the Chop Steak with Eggs. I wish I could provide a picture of the latter but I enjoyed it too much to snap a picture beforehand. Food was great and met expectations. Kitchen staff were also very friendly and the experience was enhanced when I realized that I could have a conversation with them in Spanish. I recommend trying this place out. Found this cute place in a Google Search for North Kenosha Breakfast spots. Had great reviews. Did not disappoint! This was a very modern restaurant with a VERY Friendly staff. We were greeted with excitement in a very welcoming manner. The cook was friendly as well as seen through the window to the kitchen. The food choices were plentiful and would satisfy any group, and all ages. The food was delicious and the prices seemed fair (with the exception of multiple “add ons” suggested at the time of the order). We received a coupon for our next visit and will definitely return to try other dishes. There were a couple outdoor dining tables for nice days, if you like dining in the fresh air. Delicious food, wonderful waitstaff, awesome owner. I loved everything about this place, except......the grease smell/fumes that burned my eyes at that location. My hair and clothes smelled like French fries when I left after dining there. The smell in my clothing was so strong in my car after leaving, and my eyes burned for hours. I may order takeout from this location, but I will never dine in. I am not sure if they offer outside dining in warmer weather, but that is the only way that I would go back. It is too bad because I met the nicest people there and had a great meal, but it is not worth the risk. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
This place was great. Only two waitresses and two cooks working on Memorial Day. They did an amazing job. The transparency was great, service was excellent and food was super yummy. The mimosas were delicious. Orange juice was fresh. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes French Toast

Wow! I was thoroughly excited for a new spot for breakfast in Kenosha. KTOWN cafe has some great menu options. Menu is very similar to Meli Cafe in Racine, and I LOVE that place, so i was excited Kenosha has a similar offering. I walk in, there are two waittresses going to and fro the counter in a disordely fashion. Im not sure if its self seating or assigned seating, so i wait by the door for a greeting. No greeting came after 30 sec. I see they're still moving, so i enter in further waiting for a greeting or ins(truction. Still nada. I walk right across thier trailway, and enter all the way towards the register. Thinking "is this where they greet people?" They still didnt. They were literally behind the counter & i was in front. ...still. not. even. a. nod. They appeared busy with figuring out an error with a users payment. But they both seemed to purposefully ignore me completely. I then noticed my takout order on the stand next to me. I grabbed it and headed out with not even a glance from the waitresses. Once I got a chance to dig in, the steak breakfast bowl with eggs, potatoes, onions, & peppers was quite flavorful & delicious. The blueberry pancakes were ok. I've seen this location go from a coffee shop, to a deli place, back to a coffee shop, then a burger joint, and now its a cafe. Based on the service complaints I experienced and see others complain about, the breakfast cafe won't last long either! Maybe it was a bad day, maybe they normally dont greet guests walking in, but its highly unlikely Ill be back. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Stopped by for the first time yesterday. The staff was friendly. Didn't take long at all to get our food. I ordered the Grand Slam combo with French Toast and a side of hashbrowns. My daughter ordered the Tex-Mex Burger. All was delicious! We will definitely be coming back! Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20
Ordered my breakfast, was served with hair on plate. Sent it back and was served new food cold raw food. I Didn’t eat the food. Owner refused to remove from bill because he has to make twice. The waitress was amazing and apologized, totally not her fault. As someone who works in the food industry, this is terrible customer service from an ownership perspective. You just lost regular customers and word of mouth is powerful. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Unfortunately, we stopped in at 2pm on Saturday (according to maps, open till 3:00pm), was not impressed by cleanliness of door or windows. Walked in and was amazed how much it smelled like cooking grease. Met by a woman saying "we close at 2:00" and basically shooing us away. All that on top of reading the sign about upcharge on credit and debt cards. Had heard good things, but I doubt I'll be back to verify the food. Sorry...
Based on all the positive reviews, we were excited to try this cafe on the north side, however after trying it we were underwhelmed by the food and service. Maybe we just went when they were having a bad day. Like other reviews stated, the ventilation system needs improved. We reeked of the restaurant cooking fumes when we left. It was super strong and off putting. The food was just ok. I had a veggie skillet and substituted hashbrowns for the diced potatoes with eggs over easy and iced tea. The tea was great. Service was prompt, not overly friendly but efficient. The eggs were cooked as ordered, but the thin layer of veggie medley seemed like it came from a bag of frozen vegetables and was under cooked and barely room temperature with very little hashbrowns or cheese. It looked great but the cold temperature and crisp, under heated veggies were meh. I would have sent it back, if our server had checked on us after delivering the food, however this wasn’t the case. My hubby had the breakfast wrap and diced potatoes. Again, looked great but just ok. It wasn’t served hot either. We might have given this restaurant another chance with different menu choices, except the smell of the place was on us all day and wasn’t pleasant.
