Absolutely wonderful across the board! The staff is so kind, the custom cakes are delicious, and the assorted weekly creations are always something to look forward to. I can't recommend them enough.

The Just Vanilla team is amazing! I have used chef G for the past several years to create cakes for my boys birthdays. (As most of you know kids are ruthless when it comes to their opinion and each cakes got 5 stars!) Not only is their food phenomenal but their service is top notch as well. They will be my first call when it comes to catering for my future work and personal events!

For my wedding, Just Vanilla Bakery catered desserts and croissants and made my wedding cake- they are absolutely amazing! The cake was absolutely beautiful- exactly what I had wanted for design- and everything tasted so incredible! Ever since I found this bakery I keep finding reasons to go back! The people are so friendly as well, and so easy to work with. Just Vanilla is hands-down my favorite bakery I have found in the Jackson area!!

That is easily the best way to describe this place. Everything about it was absolutely perfect. The entire staff could not have been any nicer, even the owner stopped what he was working on to came over and say hello. It doesn't feel like your typical bakery, it has almost a "boutique" type vibe to it. The bacon & cheese croissant was honestly one of the best things I have ever eaten.
Check this place out if you are in the Fondren area...you will definitely not regret it.

You will never try something you don’t like! Happy to say I have known Chef G for a while and he is always creative, and wanting an amazing environment for his employees and customers! He has a menu but that is not the end for him. I always say he can truly make anything your heart desires, all you have to do is ask! Go because it is worth it every time! By the time you get home you will wonder where it all went! :)

This is a wonderful bakery in every way. Their cookies and pastries are delicious. The bakers and staff are friendly and efficient. I just love to come by their shop and get to know who is actually baking my goodies! The Yule log and ginger-spice cookies were my favorites at Christmas and I buy the turkey-cheese croissants weekly.
