I’m not even finished eating yet, and I’m already writing a review!
Please hear me out: forget the expensive restaurants around. I know they have the fancy cocktails you might be after and I understand that, you are on holiday, HOWEVER, if you are interested in delicious, fresh, and inexpensive food come here!
It might not look like much from the outside, but inside there is a nice airy space with a reasonable amount of seating. I would definitely have my meal there, but I chose takeaway instead and retrieved myself back to my air con oasis where my beer lives as well. BEST decision!
If you are staying somewhere nice, also worth getting your food here and taking it back, so you can have the best of both worlds, the atmosphere with a cocktail, but now with good food that cost you a third or less than you would’ve otherwise paid at these fancy lodges! And much more delicious!
My meal of fried fish, chips, and salad cost me VT600.
I imagine a place like this mostly cater to locals, but I’m hoping to help change this!
Also, the lovely young lady that took my order was delightful, and even brought me a jug of ice(!) water while I waited.
Last thing you might be wondering… clean? The place looked very clean to me.
*** Be aware of business hours. It’s unreliable, and the only reason I’m not rating 5 stars.
It says they are open until 2100 on Google, but I asked when they close, they told me 1800. I arrived there at 1710 for dinner and they were already closed.
