This place is incredible! If it were in my town, I would be a consistent regular! EVERYTHING was outstanding - from the salsa to the chips to the eggs to the enchiladas to the service... (except the biscuits & gravy, which were average at best). If you like Mexican food breakfast - beyond the typical "huevos rancheros" then this is your spot! Family owned and run (our waitress said the owner was the one cooking) and it shows the pride one takes in their own business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! First time trying Juan del Fuego and we were very satisfied. The chicken chilaquiles were amazing (add two over easy eggs!) Mel was our server. She was the sweetest gal with great energy and gave great service; which is hard to come by lately... everywhere you go. We will definitely be a returning customer!
