Do yourself a favor and call in order at least 30 minutes before cause everything is cooked to order unless you wanna wait nearly 40 minutes or longer cause there's usually a line in the drive thru and inside. The seasoning is excellent but quite salty if you have high blood pressure or need to limit your salt intake. Maybe you can request 'light seasoning'. And they were out of the crawfish cream sauce needed to make the 'Swamp Pasta' so I ended up getting the 'Mariah Special'. As a result I'd also advise to call order in as early as possible or be the first one there as they may or may not have what you initially want to order. Be sure to inquire about the daily specials before ordering as they are not posted on menu but may be posted on their Facebook page.
