I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. That was similar to home cooked like grandma used to make. We had the tacos and Chile rellenos. Even the rice and beans were seasoned to perfection. If you dine in there is a self-service chip and salsa bar. First time here. I thought it was a sit down place where you get service. Instead, it is more "fas casual" type where you place your order at the front desk and then you sit down wherever, just like they do at Sizzlers. Food was good though.

There are chips available while you wait. Their different salsas are delicious. A couple a a bit spicy but not enough to choke you. They are well made and I can't get enough of them when I've gone. Their food is also delicious. Normally it takes 20-30 min but it's worth the wait, especially because of the chips and salsa bar. Their parking is very wide and it's also close to the freeway. The only bad thing is there a re many homeless people around, none have ever done anything when I'm there but you see them everywhere outside. I'm sad to give a bad review because my boyfriend and I really love this place, but we are disappointed in the customer service we received today. I placed an order online like we always do and he picked up the food. When he arrived the cashier asked if the order was door dash or online. My boyfriend said online and gave my name. Then she asked for the confirmation number, so I screenshot it and sent it to him. Then she asked for my ID, knowing I was not there. Never have they asked us for our confirmation number or ID. The cashier said someone with that order, name, and ID already picked up the order. My boyfriend had to come back home, pick me up and our two kids, so that I can show them my ID. I requested a refund instantly, and she said she would need to see my ID and confirmation email. Two employees looked at my confirmation email and they whispered to each other, "oh it's an online order". At that moment they knew they messed up and didn't apologized or take ownership of their mistake. Not only did they embarrass my boyfriend as if he was trying to steal food, they also made us waste gas to drive back and forth, and have to bring our kids out. We will never eat here again.
