Excellent store with excellent service, they have Mexican export beer👍🍺🥂🍹🍷🍾 and wines for any occasion
Great little spot to stop and grab what you need
Super helpful! I called ahead to see if they had a special item for someone and they patiently took the time to check their inventory.
Went in on Saturday the cashier was very friendly and helpful on exactly what I needed. Very good service. Will be back again and tell friends.

Very good. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, so I just went with my 2nd choice. The gal that helped me was very nice.
Horrible experience with rude store clerk, random clerks friend hanging around, and owner that doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. First let me explain I don't expect 5 star service out of a liquor store. However I do expect the store clerks to understand how to bag alcohol. In my case, I purchased a 12 pack of beer, ice, some whiskey, mixer, and some small shot drinks. As I grabbed the 12 pack and ice in one hand the clerk placed the rest in one bag. I grabbed that with my other hand and walked not even 10 feet to the door and the bag ripped. The clerk had the audacity to state I should have came back for it because she did not over bag it and that this happens all the time. Needless to say I spoke with the owner on the phone and after long negotiations and dealing with a shouting clerk (defensive much) and clerk friend, the owner agreed to give me only 25% discount on a new bottle. Police were on scene at this point and to prevent further escalation we agreed. Based on the owner's comments and the clerks aggressiveness and defensive behavior, it seems this is common practice to over bag and have the customer pay for a new drink(s) when the bag rips. They should seriously be investigated for ripping off customers!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Unfortunately, I can't! I strongly encourage that you go elsewhere and pretend that you never saw this place. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. They are happy to take your money but not so happy to lend a helping hand. I am not from the area but will never stop again. They take advantage of people and have zero remorse. I watched a situation unfold that made me feel very uncomfortable but what was worse was seeing the staffs reaction. Very unjust and unfair.

Terrible customer service. Staff had a very poor attitude when I was there. They allow customers behind the register just to hang out and speak like they are employees. Absolutely the worst behavior I have ever seen at a liquor store. I've been going to this liquor store for over 10 years and have dealt with the minor rudeness associated with this establishment but my last visit solidified how unprofessional the staff is. Wish I could only blame the staff but the owner did not care what so ever how his staff acted. Highly recommend not stepping a foot into this store!!

I just read the reviews given by dos Granados and their buddy Melendrez. I was right behind Mr "Raul" that Sunday evening when he grabbed his purchases to leave. The clerk (a woman in her 60's), suggested TWICE that he "make 2 trips" and not try to carry it all in one trip. Nope. He was out the door and on the sidewalk when the bag with the $40 bourbon and ginger ale tore down the side - not from the bottom. His pals were in the parking lot waiting for him. Didn't assist in any way. He came in demanding that the clerk replace the bottle of bourbon because she "over packed" the bag. Funny - no one else had that trouble carrying out our bottles because WE DIDN'T CARRY IT OUT IN ONE HAND. We're adults and understand paper bags are fragile when you have 2 bottles of liquid in them. Mr Granados was joined by his buddies and they were U-G-L-Y: raising their voices and telling me to "shut your mouth". The clerk never ONCE shouted or raised her voice - she was afraid and never made eye contact with them. FYI - I am NOT a "clerk friend". I was a witness who decided to stay behind because I could feel something brewing. I eventually called the local cops because it got scary. Other customers were getting out as fast as they could. The local cops took care of the three bullies. Macho Man produced 2 different ID's from a zip lock baggie. Makes you wonder ... It boils down to this: A dip wouldn't take advice from a woman and make 2 trips, got p*ssed and demanded the store compensate him for his stupidity and enlisted his pals to intimidate a senior citizen working her second job. NICE. Jordan Wine and Spirits has been MORE than accommodating. If I owned the store, I would have thrown them out.
Live this shop always have things we can’t find any place else! Friendly and fair prices! When Total Wine and Spirits didn’t have what we wanted Jordan Wine and Spirits did!
