The restaurant is inside the hotel. Atmosphere is beautiful. The place was very clean well-kept, quiet, smells good, plenty of seating, and loved the lighting. However, I was not waited on right away. I actually had to wait over 20 minutes from the time I said I was done and requested my check again. I had ordered the calamari and a dirty martini. The calamari got to me called was not served with silverware was most of the way done eating it with my fingers before I could even ask for silverware. My biggest issue is they do have the cheese sitting out on the counter with a spoon so that you can help yourself to top your food which would be very nice. However, they should keep it behind the counter because I witnessed another customer Help herself to the cheese without even having food in front of her and stick the spoon in her mouth. I did bring it to the attention of the bartender, who then handled the matter quietly. However, it makes me wonder how many times something like that has not been seen and that another patron treated it like a container of bar nuts? Personally, I think it should be brought out on a case by case if they order food, then set it out after the food has been served. I plan on going back to actually sit at the table and eat a full meal at a later time. The food that I seen come out was absolutely beautiful. Hoping though it gets to the table hot. I had a "mom-break" night out. My husband and brother set it up for me to go and stay at the Hilton for the night and to head for dinner at Johnnys! It was my first night alone and a true break from running a business, being a mom, and holding down the fort. I was nervous to dine alone, as I haven't really ever done it. I was welcomed and supported. I sat at a booth near the bar, and the server Sandra greeted me and heard my story as to why I was alone that night. She made it a point to give me lots of drink recommendations and was happy for me to have this night. We chatted about our parental responsibilities and was excited to order off of the restaurant week menu. My food was absolutely delicious, and cooked to perfection. My drinks were awesome, (I ended up having 3!), after chatting with the GM for a while and enjoying everything I had gotten my check and was told the GM covered my first drink. When it came time to pay, I made sure to leave the staff a great tip, but also gave my waitress a little something more. She teared up and we actually hugged! I told her it was my thanks for feeling welcomed and that us moms and women need to stick together! Oh! It was International Women's day also! So it felt empowering! I finished my solo night stay at the Hilton and can't wait to come back and enjoy good welcoming company, quality food and the causal but dressy environment. We just tried Johnny's for the first time tonight, and we had a great dinner! Service was fast and friendly, our waiter was knowledgeable, and the food was very very good. We also thought that the overall cost of the dinner was extremely fair given the quality of food and service. We will certainly be giving this place a second visit soon! Review is for the bar as we did not eat. Grabbed a quick drink before bed. Reggie the bartender was fantastic. Very personable made the best old fashion I have had. My guest and I had a wonderful time at the Italian steakhouse recently. The pricing was fair for a high-end steakhouse, and the food's quality justified it. Although my guest had to send a dish back due to a missing lobster, the staff quickly corrected the mistake, and we were pleased with the outcome. We did notice that a few other tables experienced similar issues with missing components from their dishes, but it was reassuring that the restaurant corrected those as well. Rachel, our excellent waiter, did a fantastic job throughout our meal. She only forgot our drink once, but quickly brought it to us when reminded. The most important thing was that all the staff were friendly and accommodating whenever there was a mistake, and they gladly corrected it. This level of service made our dining experience even more enjoyable and memorable. The restaurant has some room to grow, but it was an overall excellent experience. Bartenders were just awesome at lunch time! Lunch menu is really wonderful and has a great variety. Recommend you try the mushrooms. The rude cosmopolitan was delicious. End your meal dessert! Food was average. Had thier Calamari,Chicken Parmigiano and Johnny's Minelli. House salad was average. The focaccia bread was hard and stale. I asked for another one and it's also hard and stale. Service was fantastic. Averi was our server and she was constantly checking all the while being trailed by another server who is training. 5 stars for service. Been here twice and both times I have been impressed with the quality of food, and the level of personal service. Steak cooked perfectly, and the fresh vegetables seasoned and roasted in perfect balance to the meat. Responsive staff and superior service leave this place on the top of my list for afternoons or evenings out. I will be back, and often. We had reservations the Saturday before Valentine's day. They were very busy! I decided not to order off of the special menu, but my wife did. I got the sausage bread for an appetizer, which was great! I got the Italian trio for my entree and it was cooked perfectly but the sauce for the chicken parmesan was too sweet for me. My wife got stuffed mushrooms which I did not like but her rack of lamb was delicious! All and all it was a good meal but a little pricey. $120 plus tip for the two of us.

Was working in Denver and had a team dinner here. Traveling for work full time, living in hotels, airports and restaurants tends to make you notice the exceptional places more often. The ribeye was excellent but the service made the entire evening, from top to bottom. Mikey, you deserve an award for taking on our table when you were running the bar and waiting tables since you were down a waitperson. You didn’t miss a beat once. The wine glasses were always filled, the dishes were served hot and the dessert tray timing was on point. Top 1% of the most exceptional service experiences any of us had seen.
