The staff (specifically the cooks) are absolutely rude. I placed a DoorDash pickup order and my husband went to pick it up. They messed up my Double Cheeseburger and he asked if they could remake it, nicely. The guy in the back is just rambling on about how they hate doordash and instead of remaking it, he wipes off the tomato and slaw that wasnt supposed to be on there, puts the stuff that was supposed to be on it and slaps a cold piece of cheese on it and hands it back. Then my husband asked for ranch because they only gave us one for our entire meal of 2 orders of Hush Puppies, 2 orders of Buffalo Chips and Chicken Tenders (5) and he makes us pay extra for them. They filled our drinks we ordered 2/3 the way up. The rudest staff and worst experience. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and I’ve never felt the need to write a review about this, but goodness.

Ordered beef tips, side salad, baked potato. Got home I had salad dressing and no side salad! Called right away and the lady was extremely nice. Took down my name and # for next time through to get the salad. There will not be a next time! HALF the beef tips were nothing but pieces of fat! So basically I paid $10 for a baked potato! It's a shame this place has gone down hill like this!!! DEF would NOT recommend to anyone!🤷🏻♀️
