One of the best pizza’s I’ve had in the area. Recently moved to the Galway area and have tried half a dozen places before finding Joes. Thin, delicious sauce, great crust. A perfect NY Slice. Decided to give Joe's a try, especially seeing the reviews and their pictures. Got the 18" pie, onions and meatball. Gotta say, upon opening, it was lacking on toppings, some slices didn't even have onion on it... But worst of all, it was grossly undercooked as under the cheese was a liquidy, slimy mess. I have a pregnant wife and 2 year old and had to cook a few slices in the toaster oven, the rest I threw in the trash. Never ordering here again.
