First impression, fairly clean, very simple menu. Ordered and when I got my food I was surprised. I ordered a half sandwich and cup of soup. All I got was my half sandwich. A bit of a shocker when you see is three bites of bread and that’s your whole lunch. Not to mention it was a grilled cheese. The most simple and bland grilled cheese I’ve eaten. Soup never came and when I asked where it was they never charged me. Surprisingly, moments later she came over with a cup of soup. Thoughtful and I was appreciative. A win for the customer service. There is a huge homeless problem very nearby. If you’re not facing the windows you may not see anything outside. Probably won’t come here again unless I have no other option and hangry. This quaint little mom n pop spot is honestly a hidden gem. Chill vibe, open space, and great a breakfast at an reasonable price. Service was fast for my take out order. I had the veggie omelet with hashbrowns and it came with toast. I normally take a pic if my food, but by the time i remembered, Id already eaten half of it! Oops! Extremely disappointed in their grilled turkey bacon Swiss on sourdough. There wasn't even enough turkey to cover the bread barely one piece of bacon on half and I don't think any on the other half. My favorite place to get to-go food in Federal Way. They have an large selection of dishes and drinks. Staff is always extremely friendly. Atmosphere is great. My favorite dish is the Hot Sicilian, but the breakfast dishes are also amazing

Ordered over the phone picked up Denver omelet left for 5 mins came back into Joe's to eat inside mentioned that to Korean female owner she looked at her Latina cook and did a facial vomit expression to her then looked back at me as Latina cook laughed ! I was in shock however that was 2nd time Korean owner gave me utmost disrespectful facial expression! Called talked to her son/coworker about incident he defended her claiming I " took" it the wrong way! Son is even more disrespectful than his mother aggressive driver as well!
