Ordered their club sandwich with a side of fries. The meat to veggie ratio was not worth $8.52 literally no bacon strips on the sandwich just crumbled pieces. Literally tasted like I ordered a lettuce and tomato sandwich. I would have given 3 stars but all I had in my bag was ketchup for the fries and no napkins. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Re: carryout. The food is good; however, we have never - not exaggerating - gotten an order that was 100% complete/correct. Either something is missing/wrong when I'm picking up, or we get home to find errors. If the issues are found while at the restaurant, they'll fix it, but it's a long wait (for something as simple as toast) & the remaining food is cold by the time it's all in the bag. Our orders are not large (2 people) or complicated (no onions is the weirdest thing we request). I've put off writing this for years. Options around here are limited, so I keep going back, but with weeks or even months between visits. It's frustrating knowing up front that something will be messed up or cold. Food: 4 Service: 2

Me and my girlfriend went here for breakfast. Our waitress was quite dismissive as well as inattentive to our needs. My most major concern was the fact that even without going into the kitchen I could tell that they didn’t clean their grill/griddle well at all. I order pancakes and I found chunks of chicken in them, as well as the fact of my girlfriend found ham in her hash-browns. Ordered $40 worth of food and they placed spaghetti on top of biscuits and gravy and ruined my orders of biscuits and gravy cause spaghetti sauce was all inside my biscuits and gravy and then proceeded to say they wouldn't replace it I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone anymore... This year twice order messed up. Cook's don't listen new cook's too This time I said bring all food at once OMG bring me a sandwich I said send back wait for fries then I get both I said no tomatoes sent back then I got burned bacon three strips so they recooked bacon I'm allergic to tomato I wrote on my receipt bad service and a two dollar tip. I never tipped two dollars there. I said don't bring sandwich alone and she did that's the second time she did that. Are you new mgr Last year I got bad chicken sick for one full day you even lucky I came back. I don't know I hate recooked anything like my bacon guys.
