Joe's offers very consistent service and food, I always stop here when I am in the area. Plenty of parking and even a drive-through! Menu has all the staples, porkroll is a good size and always tasty
Went this morning with my sister, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and she ordered a bagel with cream cheese, my order came out pretty quick and then multiple people that ordered after us all got their orders before my sister when all she got was a bagel with cream cheese. No one asked why we were still waiting until we said something and they finally started on it and still gave someone else a fixed order before us. Inexperienced workers. Go to manhattan bagel instead.

Have been coming to this location for years, but in the past few months place has gone downhill. My order is wrong every single time I get something. Even when the place is dead and I'm the only customer. Plain bagels instead of everything, missing ingredients in a salad and wrap, getting somebodies else's order - like, seriously, guys? :(((
Please train your staff better, or hire some adults to supervise younger workers, apparently they are not doing great on their own.
Decent bagels so I keep going back but I swear every single time I go they get the order wrong. And I’m talking about a plan bagel with butter.. they forget the butter. Usually always takes a long time to get your order. The drive through is open and at least twice I sat and waited an no one came over the speaker so I just went inside. Overall bagels are good but the service leaves lots to be desired.
I have visited New Jersey many times, but never had I tried the Pork and Egg Roll with Cheese. So having asked some friends which place would be best to try I was recommended Joes Bagel and Grill. It was great! The bagel was big and very filling. It was more than enough to kick start the day and see you through to lunch! The place was more of a drive through / take out place, but they had some table and chairs for dining in. I did dine in and it was ok but as I said it isn’t really a dine in experience. Overall fantastic food and drink and reasonably priced!
our order is never right on the first try, we went today and they had our order just sitting on the counter for ten minutes without calling out that it was ready. and i ordered a bagel with cream cheese (obviously cream cheese is extra) and there’s not even enough on it to cover the entire bagel, can’t even taste it.
Went to the drive thru for breakfast because I had my dog in the car with me. Rude service. I barley ordered my sandwich and the man taking my order kept cutting me off saying “anything else” an “is that all” ? I felt very rushed and uncomfortable. I ordered two sandwiches and a hash brown for $25 … we could have went to McDonald’s next door for $10!
The wait itself took around 20 minutes In the drive thru. I know it’s made to order , but I feel like that’s very long. As I was in the drive thru I watched many people walk in and out of the store itself with food
Ordered 2 toasted everything bagels with bacon and cream cheese, very heavy on the bacon, but not nearly enough cream cheese. I didn’t mind paying $16 for 2 bagels in the past because they were worth it, covered in everything seasoning and a normal amount of cream cheese. I will give another joes location a chance, but Fischer seems to be very hit or miss.
Shopped once, never again. Tried this place out on a Sunday morning and ordered online. Was told it would take 20 minutes for carry out, no problem. Arrived at the restaurant 20 min later. The place was packed, again, not a problem, but it being being my first visit, there isn't a sign nor anyone to guide customers who were there for carry out, thus I waited in line for about 15 min. Finally, got to cashier, was told that my online order was being prepared. I didn't receive my order for another 10 minutes. So, by the time I got home, it was about an hour, and, remember, i ordered online! Needless to say, the staff needs more training (there were 5 people behind counter, 1 cashier, 4 food prep workers milling about, no sense of purpose or urgency), the food (pictured) wasn't hot (notice cheese isn't even melted) and it's not something special that you can just replicate at home. If things become better, I'd like to dine there again because of the close proximity, but not anytime soon.
Sunday Aug. 20th. Just placed an order by phone. Tidal Wave in a wrap an got it on a roll, a sausage and cheese omelet and got a plain omelet with sausage on the side and a whole wheat Bagel with cream cheese on the side which actually came correct. This isn't the first time they can't get a order correct.
My advice is to check each order before you leave because you never know what your going to get.....
