Inconvenient for elderly cuz need to climb up to 1st floor. Soup base didnt taste that nice, spicy & sour soup base wasnt sour at all & the tomato soup base didnt have enuff tomato flavor. Its not buffet style but ala carte,so its really not worth it cuz its not cheap. Imagine having to pay rm139.80 for 2 persons plus we didnt order that much food too, only 10 items plus a jug of lemon tea. The fresh prawns serving was pathetic, ONLY 4 pcs!!! Pffft!!! This will be the first & last visit. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 60–80 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Tried mala and chicken soup and majority dishes today. Look like haidilao cencept in small town segamat. Everything was nice including the environment but the taste of soup is abit lack.
First time visiting this hotpot restaurant and had a VERY unpleasant experience. Brought my grandparent here for lunch (grandpa can barely walk anymore due to old age). They have multiple floors here, however they claimed that their ground floor area is “closed” and ask me to proceed to first floor if I want to dine in. I was told by the so called manager/ cashier that if I want to dine in at ground floor, I would need to make prior booking. And just because there’s no prior booking made, I am not allowed to dine in at ground floor. I told the so called manager/ cashier my grandpa can hardly walk properly and it would be very difficult for him to climb all the way up to first floor. After much “negotiation”, we are finally “allowed” to dine in at ground floor. The manager then asked how many of us will be dining in, I told her just 3 of us. Her reply was “just 3 of you ah”, I am not sure why is she responding in that way, she is making me as a consumer to feel that “3 pax” is not welcomed. If that’s the case, you might as well state it on your FB page or whatsoever page that any groups with 3 pax and below is not welcomed. Also, if you are not opening the ground floor area for dine in purpose, you should have stated it in your FB page too, so that people with family members or friends who is not so convenient in moving up and down is aware of it. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 20–40
The Best and Delicious Hotpot in town. There is no other hotpot restaurant to spend your meal like Jiu Xiang Hotpot. The foods are fresh and the soups are yummy.
