水煮牛，牛肉嫩滑，不會老，辣度適口，湯頭鹹香下飯，份量亦是讓人滿意的一道菜，蛋黃中卷，美味，實在美味，中卷薄粉炸，口感極佳，中卷鮮嫩，蛋黃入口綿密不沙，蛋黃香氣撲鼻，配上蒜蔥甜椒，口感脆爽有趣，宮保高麗菜，鮮甜帶上適度的辣味，一口接一口的脆爽，不油膩卻又不會不失鍋氣。價位雖平實，功夫卻一點不馬乎。是一間個人會回訪的店。
