Daily drink specials at discounted prices. Plenty of drink choices. Baristas were both friendly and quick. If you're out and about in Post Falls, I definitely recommend it.

Order is wrong every time. It's not hard to listen unless you are to busy talking to the other girls in there. No one knows how to actually make the right order. Don't worry that was my last time going to jitterz
I live at state line and jitterz is literally the only coffee stand around me besides the bear one. I ordered a 12oz hot white coffee breve with caramel and cinnamon and got my fiancé a 16oz hot mocha. Both drinks were atleast 180-190 degrees (way too hot). Burnt the heck out of my mouth. The girl also asked if I wanted white chocolate powder for my drink and I corrected her that it was supposed to be white coffee. She asked me two times after that if it was white coffee. And I still ended up getting regular espresso shots in my drink. Had to throw it away due to not being able to drink regular espresso shots. There’s a better way for the girls to remember drinks. Make them write it down on a sticky note, sleeves, anything. It’s really frustrating having to confirm my drink order 3 times. Also the wait times are astronomical.
Sanitation needs to be reviewed there. I’ll tell you what, you are not supposed to leave used milk pitchers on the counter with left over milk from the previous drink and just add more milk to re-steam. HUGE sanitary flaw. It’s simply gross. I have worked in coffee for a long while and that’s just not right.
Temp your milk, time your shots, clean milk pitchers before using again, and please write down the drinks.
People aren't the friendliest at this location. I go to the jitterz off Spokane street everyday and get the same drink and pay about $6, , but I was close to this location and got the same drink and it was $8 😒. Go to the spokane street location, much friendlier, cheaper, and drinks are better.
Always have a great experience at all the jitterz espresso locations. Best choice for coffee and drinks in North Idaho 👌 😋

My wife won't go to any other coffee stand as long as we are in town. Great coffee and great Italian sodas. Ladies are always friends and happy to be there.
