I absolutely love coming to this place. Sushi has always been my comfort food and this place definitely hits the right spots. The location may not be the best, but the drive is definitely worth it. I was surprised to hear that the owner makes his own ramen noodles, but I can see why after trying the Jin and the Nanban. 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants good quality sushi or ramen.
We stopped in for a late lunch on a recommendation from a local and everything was delicious. The atmosphere was clean light and airy with Cafe style tables and cute soy sauce pottery with interesting decor. We had the cauliflower pop appetizer which was phenomenal. It was sweet, spicy, crunchy, hot and fresh. Then we sampled several of their Maki. All were fresh and delicious and well made. Their Maine roll in particular made me think that was what a California roll should be. Service was fast polite and efficient. We realized only as we were leaving that they had technically closed shortly after we arrived and we wouldn't have known, as we were treated politely and no one rushed us. Overall it was a great dining experience and we will go back.

The Best Ramen in this town. You will experience a terrific ramen the owner invented! You will fully enjoy the authentic taste of Japanese ramen for sure!!! Highly and strongly recommended. The chef keeps studying and developing the recipe for better ramen! He has a great sense of humor in communicating with customers and his employees~ have fun with him and enjoy the best ramen in Saco~ Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Jin Ramen
The sushi is fresh and absolutely delicious! We love getting the bento box and feel that is a great value for the amount of food you get! The bento box is also a great way to go if you want to try a little bit of everything. The service is good and there always seems to be busy with people dining in and takeout orders! The atmosphere is nothing special, but I don’t really care about that because the food is great! I would highly recommend Jin! Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
Good clean sushi in Saco. The rolls are minimalist and very clear on their flavors. Cauliflower appetizer was wonderful. Service and ambiance built on to the clean flavors to create a relaxing experience. Check in before heading over on the hours as they change often. Maine roll was fantastic. Recommended.
Delicious. Sushi and ramen both delicious. Not much on the ramen selection but plenty of sushi options. The broth for the ramen was very flavorful. Taste, presentation, and portion were all good. Will be going back. *Update: I've gone back and tried more things and its still 5 stars. Unagi, Mexican Roll, Teriyaki Dinner, and veggie gyoza dumplings... It wasnt all for just me 😉
The Bento box is the best deal. The rolls are outstanding. I'm not sure why I like Ben Kay in Portland more than Jin, but it may be the freshness of the fish. The ramen is excellent but be prepared for tripe. I wasn't expecting that texture to the proteins. Wonderful flavor to the broth.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and talking to the chef. He has a lot of impressive experience at some of our favorite restaurants in portland. It's always nice to support someone with a solid background in building a dream of owning a business in a small town. Plus, now we can get some great food close to home!!

Very cute little asian spot with better menu options than most. These are the chicken and pork steamed buns. Wish the seating area was roomier, another guest complained that he could overhear our party of 8 talking, but the dining room is the size of a small kitchen.
