If I could give this 0 stars I really would. We just spent $62.07 on our order for delivery. This is what I ordered. 1 34. House Fried Rice $10.00 Large +$10.00 1 B7. Orange Chicken $13.50 Plain Fried Rice +$1.50 1 37. Sweet and Sour Chicken $9.00 Medium +$9.00 White Rice 1 59. Hot Braised Pork $10.50 Medium +$9.00 Plain Fried Rice +$1.50 1 1. Egg Roll (2) $3.50 Subtotal $46.50 Tax & Fees $8.59 Tip $6.98 Grand Total $62.07 What we got was two orders of sweet and sour chicken. Chicken was hard. I didn't get my orange chicken at all. Instead of getting hot braised pork, they sent hot braised chicken. I tried calling------their listed phone number is not working. Can't find an email. I'm not trying to come off as a Karen, I just want the food I paid for. The order is in my grown son's name, James since we ordered through his online account. I don't have an account with Jin Jin. His phone number is listed on his account. Hopefully the restaurant people will contact him. I'm so disappointed with this place. And yes, I get it, things happen. It is almost 6 am, my son and I is suffering with food poison. I have been in and out of the bathroom for over 5 times now. And my son is laying in bed terribly sick. This used to be my go to place for Chinese food. I will not be go in here or ordering from here anymore. The food was the sweet and sour shrimp was over cooked on the out side and under cook on the inside. I eat 1 piece of chicken and a bite of another and i've been in the bathroom ever since. I told my son to throw away my food but I guess he decided to eat it. And now he's sick as well. Just be careful ordering from here. Food: 1 Service: 3

Easily the worst take out restaurant I’ve had thus far in this area. Aside from the horrible quality of food, the worker had the absolute worst customer service and was very nonchalant about customer concerns. The lo mein had a very odd smell and a weird after taste. Almost as if the food was old and simply pushed out the door. I’d suggest going elsewhere if interested in ordering take out.
