We've been intending on coming by to try your sandwiches and thought yesterday was a good time after we finished up with my blood work. So we headed to your shop to pick up sandwiches to take home. We've recently had some trouble with our car overheating and sure enough it was really hot when we pulled in. Several of your young friendly employees came out to see if they could help us. We decided we'd let the car cool off while we went in to check out your menu. All your employees were helpful answering questions and offering suggestions. We each ordered a sandwich, chips, a drink and settled in to enjoy our late lunch. Two of our adult son's came to the shop to check on the car for us and decided to drive the car home and we'd drive his car. We just wanted to say how much we appreciated the hospitality of your staff and it will be remembered. 08.28.23 Bill & Lynn Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

I got my order and it as missing a sandwich. I called and they brought the sandwich. I had ordered the caprice sandwich with the pesto and balsamic. It was only meat and cheese. The next day I ordered it again. I wanted to give them a second chance. This one had everything but the pesto. So their pesto might be good. Alas, I will never know.

Very fast, friendly service. Delicious sandwiches, fresh quality ingredients, excellent rolls. I usually go through the drive through. My favorite sandwich is the #12 Beach Club.

The company I work for order sandwiches for everyone that worked there. They brought in a sandwich tray box. Every sandwich had little to none meat on them. Be careful about ordering big orders from here. They will not give the right portions. They also gave us all the wrong chips and had to bring all of the chips after everyone was done eating. They probably wouldn’t have cared unless they didn’t give us too many bags of chips to begin with. Very low quality. I wish I would have taken a picture of it. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I went through the Drive-through on Friday and it was Easter weekend. The girl running the window forgot to give my debt card back. So I had no debt card the hole weekend. I went to get my card back and they did not even apologize or Say anything just have a good day. So I did not have my card all holiday weekend. I at least expected a simple apology. I come here more then once a month. I’m not sure if I will be returning. Also manager didn’t say a word just told the girl to get the card that was it didn’t say anything else to me.

The service is TERRIBLE. They can't get orders right AT ALL, so not sure if the food is actually bad or if mine is just bad because I keep getting sandwiches that aren't made like I ordered them. I get the same sandwich every time... nothing fancy or customized and they still can't get it right. I always have to remind them to give me things that I ordered, like drinks and chips, or I'll pull away with half my order. I'm disappointed, because I've always liked this place. This was hands down THE BEST JJ's I have ever been to. Everyone in my family said the same . All of the sandwiches came out exactly as we asked. The ingredients were well dispersed. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
