Today I called in and talked with Tiana about possibly getting refunded for a sandwich That I got yesterday and she completely covered it! Dominic, my driver, called me and had a great conversation with me while he was delivering my sub! "Just wanted to let you know I placed a catering order yesterday for delivery today at 12:15. I got a call from the store at 12:30 saying they had no idea when it would be delivered because they are too busy. It could be an hour or more! I have a house full of people waiting for food. I understand busy, but not on an order that was placed yesterday. I am not happy. Thanks Kaitlyn!" This is a message I sent the manager and got zero response. A catered order placed the day before should take priority. I was also told, on the phone, I could cancel the order. That was their solution. The wrong sandwiches arrived on stale bread You have lost a really good customer. Edited: Jimmy John's, your response to contact a different website is unacceptable. I have made contact per this review. Please make this right. I have spent a lot of money at JJ'S Waconia. Food: 1 Service: 1

Freaky slow. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Would have left, but I already ordered my food. I also just got a response from the "owner". Like all of the other posts, we are directed to go to a different site to reach the customer service team. That will not be done. If the local management cares, they will see this and try and staff appropriately or help out their employees. This post is also designed to help customers get insite before going there. Thank you!

Ordered sides and didn’t receive them. Opened my sandwich and there was a bug on it and the turkey was not good quality. Overall not happy with my experience. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I don't go to this JJ's much, so maybe it was a bad food day. Bread was hard, and sub had some thin paper in it. We did stop in late, but not an excuse for making bad subs. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
