I have ordered from here on multiple occasions. Every time my order is on point and delivered in a timely manner. I also like that they knock on my door when the food arrives. I have a table next to my door that they use to drop off the order, and then they knock to let me know that it is there instead of just dropping it off and walking away and hope I remember to get it. I have been to this location multiple times since they opened several years ago. When they first opened, they were on point. But when is enough enough when they consistently get your sandwich order wrong? Not sure how a #8 no mayo, extra Dijon gets screwed up every single time. I've started going to the new location by the lake because of it. Husband stopped by tonight because he really wanted a sandwich, ordered my regular sandwich, and why am I not surprised it is messed up? The service is also questionable at times, sometimes it's great, other times not. Lost all faith in this location.
