I work at Dollar Tree in Le Mars Iowa. My coworkers and I order from Jimmy John's all the time. Their subs are amazing and they never disappoint. Their delivery service is wonderful and our subs arrive on time and perfect. We have never ever had any issues with our orders at all. They are accommodating, friendly, and professional. The subs are always fresh and their sides are fantastic. I highly recommend sub lovers to order from this place. They got Subway beat by far on every aspect. I have ordered the 8 inch roast beef under favorites many times before its supposed to be double meat, I have always received a good sub with double meat, this time I ordered a 16 inch and received a sub with barely any roast beef on it!! I called and talked to the manager and she did nothing about it, why spend the money for a 16 inch that has barely any meat on it when all you get for the cost is 8 more inches of bread. I'm very very disappointed with the sandwich and manager and will never order from Jimmy johns again!

I order a lot from this location. When they first opened they were very accurate with the orders. I’m not sure what happened between the and the last 6 months but their inability to read the order is priceless. Every time I order there’s something wrong. I should of said something to them but I don’t feel it’s necessary. They’re grown adults. They should be able to read, write and understand English. This last order I asked for a Diet Coke with my meal but I got a coke instead. Come on … do better

I love Jimmy John’s in Le Mars. I go during lunch or after work with my kids and there is great costumer service: we are always greeted with smiles!
Whenever I want something quick that isn’t greasy fast food, I head to Jimmy John’s. My only complaint is that when I order a number 12 with Xtra Hot Peppers, it’s never enough 😂! Thank you Jimmy John’s for providing good service and even better food!
