Great place to grab a sandwich. This location seems to be very busy compared to some of the others in the area especially during the noon hour. That’s the only reason why I knocked them a little on service as sometimes when ordering in-person I have to wait for online orders to be made before getting my sandwich. Holy buckets this place ROCKS! The delivery drivers...Brayden, Brody, Christian, and Eva are always so kind and so speedy! We typically see them multiple times a day and we love it! Also, we recently had an interraction with Ben and he helped me re-do a large order and was SO helpful! Thank you JJ Viking for absolutely killing the sandwich game! Subway ain't got nothin' on you! I’m pretty bummed to give a bad review because I love Jimmy John’s, and the food I’ve gotten has always been what I expect. I go to this Jimmy John’s often and each time I know 2 things to be true: the drive thru will take a long time and it’s unlikely anyone will smile and say thank you. I have yet to experience good customer service here (in the drive thru) and try to avoid coming if I can visit a different location nearby. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
