Honestly I expected more from Jimmy John. The bread they use could be better. The turkey sandwich I got wasn’t terrible but reminds you of school cafeteria food. Would not put them over Lennys, or Subway. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

The food service industry is definitely experiencing more than trying times right now, and I feel everyone should really take a step back and consider that before posting unfavorable reviews and comments before taking the current challenges into consideration. I, on the other hand am new to trying out and experiencing Jimmy John's recently in Flowood, MS. I can tell you this, I have to ask myself, "What took you so long?". No, the staff in Flowood is not perfect, no one in the food service industry is right now in my opinion. My experience here with 5 orders in less than 4 weeks has been more than satisfactory and more like fantastic! I order mine through the app and customize my orders with absolutely ZERO disappointment! I'm not certain if Ms. Crystal is the manager but would have to assume so. She is absolutely phenomenal, friendly, inviting, and treats customers with the utmost respect. She definitely recognizes repeat customers but no matter what she is more than friendly and respectful to all who walk through the door. I'm not sure where her training took place, but she knows how to follow a customized online order to the last detail. She is one of the most friendly and vibrant people I've met in a long time in the food service industry who gives it her all every time she's behind that counter. My coworkers have been so impressed by the quality of Jimmy John's sandwiches and the value, to the point that SUBWAY is almost a "has been" at my workplace. My apologies for the extended review, but I can't say enough about Ms. Crystal and her professionalism, friendliness along with standards and excellence with customer service and product quality. I've been in management for many years, and she is a true gem and needs to be recognized for her talent, dedication, and excellence in taking pride in her work each and every day even with the most difficult of customers. Thank you Crystal, I hope you get to read this or are at least recognized for your efforts; you've won Jimmy John's a customer for LIFE! Thank you! Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Tried to buy lunch today from this location around 2:35 pm doors were locked and two employees were inside sitting down. Never came to the door to explain why the doors were locked or why the store was closed. Notwithstanding the fact that the days and hours of operation are posted on the front door and online. Additionally I called the store at least two times while sitting in my car outside of the store… no answer either time. While I sat there in front of the store at least four other customers came to the door to order only to find out the door was locked. This message is for the Franchisor and the Franchisee of this location. You are killing your brand!!!!! and your business!!!!! If you don’t want to operate this location or are not willing or capable of operating it, close it or sell it to someone who wants and would appreciate the opportunity . BTW I like your sandwiches very much as do other people. Service: 1

This place is never open. It’s 2:50 in the afternoon and the workers are sitting inside laughing with the doors locked and just yelled at the door go away we’re closed when clearly the sign and online says they are open. Good workers are hard to come by I guess. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It is June 20th at 12:45PM. Whoever the manager at this location is really needs to reward an employee. I didn’t catch her name but for some reason, she was running the whole thing by herself. Rocking it and cranking out sandwiches and anything else people needed. While of course it wasn’t “freaky fast” by any means, I was in awe of how despite having the stress of an entire store on her shoulders, she managed to stay positive and quick. Kudos! This location is NEVER open when they say they are on google. Today they’re suppose to be open until 7 and I literally just pulled up and it’s not even 4 pm and they’re CLOSED! They’re literally always closed. Either change the hours of operation or be open when y’all claim to be. Service: 1

Jimmy John’s is better off shutting this one down. Customer service is horrible. I walked in with the most unwelcoming “can I get your order?’, I felt like I worked there instead of her, in comparison to my approach and engagement. I recommend training the staff, or hiring new ones that actually enjoy working in a customer based establishment. The cashier was very nonchalant. Unsure if her name, but she has orange hair. Jimmy John’s Flowood location closed at 4:50 when their hours go till 7:00. Was looking forward to a nice sub when we looked through the window and it was pitch black with a locked door. Very disappointing.
