This was my first time here and I came based on a recommendation from a family friend. Immediately upon entering I could smell wood from real smoke pits. The staff greeted us almost as soon as we entered. The decoration and feel of the restaurant is very comfortable and welcoming. Food was presented very quickly and the plating was nice. We had the pulled pork sandwich and the Brisket sandwich. I thought the pork was very dry and could've been seasoned more. The Brisket was outstanding and could've ate more. Good BBQ and comfort dishes and sides. Solid choice and family friendly. UPDATE: for a limited time, they are serving honey habanero wings and let me tell you that these are some of the best flavored, smoked wings that I have ever had. They need to make this a regular menu option. I cannot say enough about how flavorful and perfect that these are. The perfect amount of sweetness and kick! I ordered another set to go. Love our waiter!! Very nice lady and cares about us big time. Pork is great! The cheese biscuits are amazing and unlimited! The brisket was good but pork seems to out-beat it. The catfish sandwich was good too. The portions are big! Be ready to take some food home. Pricing seems more than reasonable and that’s what makes us think we could go back there. Best bbq in town, full stop. Would give 6 stars if that was possible. The mac and cheese alone is worth the price of admission. So many places screw up Mac and cheese, but here it's masterfully executed. Combined with the cheddar biscuits, great sauce, and great food all around make J&N my #1 go to. Food: 5 Service: 5

I brought some friends from out of town. One of my friends said she couldn't find a single thing wrong with the restaurant, and this upset her. When I asked her why, she replied, "Because I live too far away from this place. The food was delicious, so were the drinks! Maryann did an amazing job! Our table wanted for nothing! We stopped here after outlet shopping. We've had good burgers, ribs, and brisket on previous visits. They were out of burgers, so I had the fried catfish sandwich with slaw and collards. Very tasty. My wife had the brisket potato wedges. It has the potential to be great but had way too much bbq sauce. Extremely sweet. One other complaint...the bar prices are up there. I ordered a couple of Yuengling bottles as draft isn't offered. These "imported" beers cost $6 each. Imported from the Tampa brewery? It's a mainstream domestic lager now available coast to coast.
