I already knew when the brisket came out covered in a red sauce that tastes like tomato it was a no go. I still gave it a chance but not a real authentic BBQ joint. I paid 16.00 for a brisket sandwich n backed beans. Sad to say Arby’s has a better Brisket sandwich. The service was good. Overall a waste of money in my opinion

Horrible customer service. The drive thru worker, Angel, was horrible to my family. We were nothing but kind to her and given disrespect and attitude in return. Portion sizes are very small for what you pay as well. 0/10.

My family and I went on a Saturday evening...I must say we all were disappointed. The food on several of our plates were not warm and cool to the touch. Meals were terribly plated and sloppy, as if they were just rushed out and silverware was dirty. I had such high hopes for this place and wanted to love it. I so very politely informed our waiter of our experience and they bought out more food (meats) that were dry and sides that were forgettable. The waiter honestly seemed bothered that we were unhappy, although we were patient and kind the whole time. My daughter was happy with her Mac n Cheese, so I went ahead and tasted it...it was alright. Atmosphere is small and staff seemed unorganized or overwhelmed. Hopefully, they can make positive changes, because a lot of it is fixable.
