從大三嘉恩剛開幕到現在碩一依舊一週會吃一次來當作是吃太多不健康外食的排毒餐。嘉恩對學生來說雖然不算便宜,但份量一直都很多又新鮮好吃,是我的口袋名單之一。❤️ 最近有週四蛋白質加量不加價的活動,本來以為是送加點的蛋白質結果是只要好膳餐碗點蛋白質都會加量（4隻蝦變8隻蝦）……誤會大了🤣 看來今天吃完這餐,晚上可以吃空氣就好了🤔

先說我覺得這家的好膳餐碗真的超級好吃但真心建議老闆能不能把外帶的醬料盒子換成別種現在這種盒子雖然很不容易漏但開關都一定會噴醬料我已經買了五六次橄欖油每次小心翼翼開關裝有橄欖油的蓋子時都一定會把油噴出去今天我特意把桌上筆電和其他東西擺遠一點結果還是噴到了真的超氣的以前舊版的醬料盒都不會這樣我同行的朋友也都遇到這問題好幾次了都已經花不少的錢買份沙拉了真的不希望因為包裝上的設計問題而每次都影響用餐心情感覺真的很差
