I have called so many times to the bakery and I never ever ever ever ever ever get a call back nor do I ever get someone to pick up the phone. It is completely ridiculous and I’m just trying to order some cupcakes from your bakery, but I can continuously get put on hold for, lots and lots of time. Please teach your employees how to have good customer service and pick up the phone.

Help if needed ( fact you stand at service dest forb10 mins before anyone comes and then always seem like your brothring them jewel used to be a great store at least this one was Washington and Ogden now sorry bad service bad people now go out of my way and drive to better outlet sorry this place takes a A plus in going from bad to worse thank you
Well organized, good sized supermarket. Jewel has always had a good selection of gluten free cereals and snacks , even before the other stores caught up. This location has a starbucks inside which is a plus for me!
This jewls a joke. I grab a number at the deli and get waited on last. I guess you can just leave your kart and thats as good as being in line. Going out of my way to got to a better store, will not be back here anytime soon... update had to use this store close to work grabbed my groceries and when checking out the items are all in the wrong spot and double the price. Chickens are under a sign that reads $5.00 go to check out and they are 10 dollars. Management, cashier, and customer service didn't have anything to say except sorry. Do not was your time here. If I could rate 0 stars I would so frustrating...
Got the chicken. Dinner chicken was extremely overcooked I called to get it replaced and Diane answered and was extremely rude kept laughing it's sad people can't even provide good customer service I will not be returning and I think Diane should find a job not in customer service
Went there to pick up 1 item, and left feeling uncomfortable. Your cashier Mike c. Was extremely rude, inconsiderate and shouldn’t be working there if he doesn’t like his job. He didn’t greet us when we went to purchase our item.. or acknowledge us. He was looking the other way as if we were nothing him… which is fine but as he rang us up he shoved our item aggressively, then rolled his eyes multiple times because our card was working properly as If this inconvenience him.. then my husband said sorry and smiled, “Mike c.” Then stared at him and rolled his eyes again. Retrain your ppl Jewel.. stop hiring these people who obviously have an issue with actually doing their job.
