Shout to gigi in the flower department, helped me out with choosing flowers and made a beautiful boquete, ask for her ; highly recommended 10/10
Just went in there the other day and found a smashed cockroach in one the isles I was walking through. Not healthy to have an infestation in a store that sells food products.
I have forever complimented the floral department on having the bomb flowers! Not so much today! I went with a bouquet for $34.99 instead of my regular roses and it gave me not so much! They were decorated nice yet when we took them out to put them in a vase, I was embarrassed that I gifted them! I pray we are not trending downward and we have to make other choices!

Cashiers know Jack about their digital rewards/coupons and the customer service desk was even worse. Ended up refunding my entire purchase/cart cause absolutely no one was any help. If you decide to shop here check your receipts on cashier rung purchases.
I guess perhaps I must be the wrong skin color or something because I can't get any grilled chicken. I tried to buy some grilled chicken. They told me to come back in 10 minutes. I came back in 11 minutes and they told me they finished cooking the chicken and then somebody bought it before I came back. That is bizarre and sounds suspicious. Why you selling all the chicken, before I get back? I hope they are not hiding chicken for their personal friends or more likeable people to buy. They need to put a secret camera over their to see what's going on with the chicken because that was strange. Then didn't give me any kind of warning that people buy the whole bach of 30, 20 or whatever chickens. We can be intelligent chicken handers or we can play games. I'd love to see the skin color of who they sold my grilled chicken too. We need to send in some community spies or something to see what's going on with these fake chicken promises.

Yesterday I visited the store and the man working at the hot food section was cheerful, helpful and polite. His positive energy was contagious! Also, a young man outside went above and beyond by offering to help me load cases of water into my car. The outstanding service from these friendly workers truly made my day. I’ll definitely be returning for both the great atmosphere and helpful staff!

This review is regarding the deli department. My husband just called me and stated he asked for Kreschmar honey ham and at first the lady said she couldn’t find but after a few minutes she said she found it. She gave him Sara Lee. Then he asked for the Vienna Beef Italian beef and she stated they are out of it, but there’s a whole new thing of it under the glass!!! Another gentleman has been waiting over thirty minutes for something that should of only taken half the time. Either these workers are lazy or they need to be retrained properly. Horrible customer service. Also, this goes for a majority of the jewels deli workers, why doesn’t any of the employees know how to properly and correctly slice meat “super thin, almost shaved”?? I always get THICK meat which I hate cause it doesn’t make for a good sandwich at all. Y’all need to step your game up, your stores are all going downhill.
Avoid this location, I recently placed order for sheet cake and 148 pc chicken for my son’s first bday. Requested pick up at noon and the cake wasn’t ready until 1pm chicken wasn’t ready until 1:30pm. They kept telling me they were getting the order ready as I proceeded to wait 90 minutes in the store.

If I could leave no stars I would. I was recommended this location for a cake for my daughters birthday. I went on Thursday to place my cake order and was very clear with the instructions. Chocolate cake, white frosting and pink and purple border, pick up was set for Sunday at 9:30 am. Sunday morning at 8:20 am I received a call stating that they were not going to be able to have my cake ready until 10 am and they also changed the price that was given on Thursdays. $66 went up to $74 for the same size cake. The lady I spoke to was not even apologetic. She just kept blaming the person who took the order. I was upset but had to deal with it since I had no other choice for such a last minute change. Come pick up time, I still had to wait another 30 minutes because they were still not done with the cake. Then I open the cake and it was the ugliest cake I ever seen. The writing on it was horrible and the cake itself was horribly decorated. They made the entire cake hot pink and dark purple with the same border even tho I asked for a white cake and just pink and purple boarder. In short, I paid $74 dollars for the ugliest cake and for an hour delay that caused me to be behind on my entire event. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
This is the worst jewels that I have ever been to. Everyday at 8:30 they close their main entrance which I believe is a fire hassert. Not only do they close the main entrance they close all entrances except for one exit. So when exiting you have people trying to enter as well which is also waiting for an accident to happen. Every visit that I've had to this jewel has been a bad experience. They're staff are very rude and unhelpful. Their shelves never stocked correctly. So when you go to pay it's always an issue of "well the product was in the wrong space sorry" Today I just had it I went to get a few things and seen that the chips I usually buy were on sale but I had to buy three bags in order to get the deal. not the problem. I go to pay and after paying I notice the price didn't change. So I spoke with one of the cashiers and she went to go check. She tells the other cashier that I had to buy three and I told her I did. Then she goes on to say it was the wrong chips. So I go over to point out that the tag under the chips. It says buy three at 2.99 each when I get to the chips she was no longer there. There was another employee and he asked if I needed help. I explain the situation and showed him the chips and tag and he says "oh well they're in the wrong place I wonder who put them there." As if to say I put them like that He moves them over and was like "they go here they are not on sale". So at this point I'm giving up the cashier hands me my reciept and says you have to buy three and I told her again I did buy three. I just gave up because I was completely done talking about the price of a bag of chips and how they incorrectly stock their shelves for 25 min
