My visit at this Kirk jewel is always so pleasant because of how clean
and neat the store is! There is this young lady Nicole at this specific Jewel and she is an exceptional cashier and employee. Her commitment to providing the best shopping experience is evident in her helpful and caring demeanor. Nicole goes above and beyond, I always have a hard time with my jewel app.. she is always there and helps me no matter what.. consistently ensuring customer satisfaction. A valuable asset to the store, she makes every visit a positive and enjoyable experience. :)
Like all other Jewels, overall a pretty decent grocery shopping experience. However, the produce quality was on the bad side. Had to dig to find "good enough" quality vegetables.
This is a clean store with friendly employees. However, don’t use the preorder-drive up option here. They screw up almost every time. Today I was missing 12 items. Last time I got three bags of someone else’s groceries. They do try to fix the mistakes but it is a real hassle and negates any time you try saving by ordering in advance.
Jewel is clean, well stocked, has a very good variety and has good customer service. I've been shopping at different Jewel stores fir over 40 years. The issue I have with them these days is that they are extremely expensive as compared to Meijer and Aldi. Also, their Italuan bread is horrible compared to Caputos and Meijer.
This Jewel is in my neighborhood and my family shops here frequently. There is one female worker with white hair who works around the self check out section. She is usually always frowning and showing attitude which I do not respond to because I assume she is having a bad day or whatever. Today I felt highly disrespected. She walked up to my cart and proclaimed loudly for everyone to hear, "All of that is only $ X" in an incredibly accusatory and condescending tone. First of all she read the price wrong because we paid significantly more than that as evidenced on our receipt. I do not like conflict but I did tell her that this was very rude. She is a highly rude employee and needs some training on how to interact with customers. Maybe also some training on not yelling out prices on people's receipt. Disappointing and hurtful experience!
Best kept secret...their pharmacy. Left the incompetence of Walgreens. They were always in the weeds. The Jewel team actually know my name. Never looked back.
PLEASE WATCH THE REGISTER WHEN THEY RING YOU UP! I shop here weekly and catch many little pricing mistakes they make. Some are only a few dollars so whatever. Not worth my time and energy to drive back. Today, my $40 beef roast wouldn’t ring up (don’t know why). They said they had to go back to the meat department and get a bar code. No problem. Didn’t realize until I got home that they switched my roast with a $60 one!! Didn’t even tell me! Although normally they have great customer service, the fact that they purposely pulled a switch a roo and rang up something I didn’t pick out, that cost $20 more, really makes me not want to shop here anymore. Please just watch when they ring you up. I can’t imagine how many of their customers they are ripping off. Not good Jewel.
There's one head pharmacist that's always ride to me I am 67 years old been getting all my medicine there but thinking of going to different jewel only that one rest are really friendly, I think other people know who I mean ,iam always polite say thank you
