I ordered a gluten-free pizza, take out. Surprised the crust wasn't that bad, good for gluten-free. However for the price, around $18 with one topping, it is really just a personal pizza. The sauce and toppings do not go to the edge like the regular pizzas. So you're not getting that crunchy, crispy edges that is what makes Jet's pizzas good. And the cheese was minimal, no cheese pull. Still, it was adequately tasty and filled the pizza craving. I will keep looking for that perfect gluten-free pizza. Where are you my love? I didn't really like the deep dish pizza, but I liked the sauce. I will have to try out the regular pizza to confirm if I like their pizzas or not. Service was awkward and uninviting. I ordered a jumbo jets deal, comes with pizza, bread and wings. I get there and there’s no wings with my order. Told the short bald little guy it suppose to come with wings and try’s to argue with me about the order. So I explained to him that the deal comes with wings. Still try’s to justify that it doesn’t, but he ends up making the wings, cool. I get home and no sauce on the wings and was under cooked. Don’t recommend coming here unless you wanna argue with a short bald guy with little man syndrome. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Love their pizza! Customer service is fantastic as well!! Had a minor mishap with a pizza that was delivered missing an ingredient. Called in and a new was prepared and sent out right away as a replacement (only about 30 minutes to my door!) Will definitely recommend to others. Thank you for the delicious pizza, the new one looks amazing!

This very rude bald man took my order, told me my pizza would be done in 20 mins. I told him and the other workers that were RIGHT NEXT to him that I would be back in 30 minutes because I had to pick up my kids. I get back and they ate half of my pizza, I asked for a refund or for them to make me my pizza that i payed for and he handed me the half eaten pizza and said that was all I was getting! Ordered multiple items for delievery on a friday evening around 6:30pm-7pm. Most items arrived, although very greasy (even for pizza). They forgot an entire pizza. When we called back. There was not answer. By the time they picked up the phone its was slightly after 8pm. When they did answer they said they were closed. Will probably never order from any Jet's again. Good pizza, horrible communication and delivery experience. Ordered delivery, estimated at 6:15. I called the store at 6:25 and was told it had already left. By 6:40 it still had not arrived and I live less than 10 minutes from the store, so I called again and was then told the pizza had just left the store. I was quite frustrated at being lied to previously so I asked for the manager who was less than helpful and refused to cancel & refund my order. The pizza eventually arrived at 6:50. The pizza is good, but be wary of ordering delivery and the lies you’ll get told by employees and management. I wouldn’t have been nearly as frustrated if the truth would’ve been told the first time I called, as I understand things happen, but clearly they just say pizzas are on the way when they are not. This has been my favorite pizza place in the past, but whether they’ve gotten a new manager or new system or whatever, it is now unfortunately not worth the stress. We placed an order at 6 tonight and did not have it an hour later, expecting it at 6:30 according to the site. We called the restaurant and were told they hadn’t even left with our order, and that it would be another 30 minutes at least. The manager was dismissive and directly rude, and it was a bad enough experience for us not to waste our time in the future. Service Delivery
