I'm a big fan of Jesse's and it's literally the go to food joint for my whole neighborhood and I. Several of us neighbors often get together and call in to Jesse's with a huge order and no matter the time or size of order, we are always treated like family and with kindness and respect. Every employee I've talked to or met, from in person at the restaurant, to placing an order on the phone, down to the delivery drivers, there's never been a more happy and friendly professional and down to earth staff! They make all the difference and Jesse's will continue to be a staple for me and my hood for a long time to come and besides the great food, the staff are a huge part of that! So thank you to the awesome employees, you are appreciated for all you do and with a smile always!

0 of 10 recommended...We used to order delivery from Jesse's very often...recently, 3 deliveries in a row have taken 30-45 minutes longer than estimated time given. Every time I would call they would say "the driver is almost there", and would show up a few minutes later, with cold food. The so called "manager" was so rude and unsympathetic, brings up scenarios of when SHE orders food. This last order was 35 minutes, past the time given, I called and he showed up a few minutes later, again. The food was not only cold, but our pizza had HAIR in it. I called and got the same rude girl (she said she was the manager). She had to check with someone on getting us a new pizza, she got back on the phone and said "we'll get you a new pizza, but you have to return that one"...no problem, you can have your hairy pizza. I then asked if I can get new fries as well, and she says "oh, I don't know about that". She again starts telling me about her experiences in ordering (I guess everythingis about her). I asked who she was getting permission from if she is the manager, she said the owner. I asked if I could speak to them, and she just flat out said "NO". She then tells me she doesn't know how long it will be to get my replacement food to me. I told her nevermind I'll just bring all the food back and get my money back, and I will never order from there again. My husband and son take the food back, get our money (minus the 8 dollar tip) and the rude girl said as they were walking out the door, "we won't be able to take orders from you anymore"...the nerve! I had already decided I wasn't ordering anymore from this rude, lousy service place with hairy food! I feel like I got ripped off for my $8 dollar tip, since we didn't get any food for it....sorry, for the rant (still angry) 😡

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! COLD FOOD!!! Spent over $100 dollars. We were told delivery would be 50-60 minutes. 1 hour and 30 minutes later, we called back only to be told it's on the way. At 2 hours we called back only to be told "It is what it is" when I asked why we had not received a call about the delay. No sorry, no how can we make it right, no we'll give you a discount on your next order. We were told, if you don't like it, DON'T ORDER from here.
Food FINALLY arrived 2hrs and 19 minutes later....COLD!!! DON'T WAISTE YOUR TIME, ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
