Tea service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely tea service and charming ambiance. Large glass mug with saucer, the suggestion of fresh mint almost had me give it a 5 star even though no a teapot or loose leaf. I can really taste the mint flavor with the black tea . I was concerned the the baklava didn’t have a thick enough layer off of pistachios but the flavor of pastry was DELICIOUS and warm. Would definitely get it again. Got the lentil soup to go and I loved it later at home. Didn’t try very many menu items , but I was truly pleased with everything I tried and will try more. We ended up here when we were looking for a different place, but decided to give its try, and we were glad we did! The food was delicious! Really enjoyed the falafel— even though they were a tad small, but it had a great sesame taste! The hummus was yummy and the pita bread was soft and fresh. We capped the meal with a baklava and it was so good! Would definitely eat here again! Jaffa is a new to us experience and we thoroughly enjoyed it each time. Tonight’s dinner was a Greek salad for my wife and I jumped into the Mixed Grill. I had no idea what I was getting myself into but it was amazing! The presentation was nothing short of ‘Wow’ and the flavors were just perfect. This was our first couple of steps into experience g Middle Eastern food and I can confirm it will not be our last! The service was great and the atmosphere was very unassuming as you approach but inside it’s a very pleasant experience! We will be back soon! Tried a new Mediterranean place. Wow, was it good! - especially the Foul Medames. Plenty left over for dinner tonight. So shocked at the rating this place has. Went for dinner. Ordered chicken shawarma plate- it was not shawarma cut, and barely seasoned. Cheeseburger- picture attached. We did take the lettuce and tomatoe out ourselves. But the pattie was the frozen beef burger you get at halal stores. It was not fresh. Falafel wrap- came after everyone else finished their food. The waiter said it takes time. I’m guessing because that is also frozen and defrosted like the rest of the food. I think this place is popular for the hookah. But the food was horrible. Not fresh.
