I don't often leave reviews, but have had so many good experiences at this location that I feel it's necessary to give them credit. One would think in a city there would be plenty of options for a decent lunch spot that is quick and consistently good...but that is not always the case. This location is always well staffed with friendly people that provide a quality product and experience. They are a good team and deserve high praise! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Don't go there the women behind the counter was rude ,I came in first and she acted like I was not there two white couple came in after me and she took there order first then came after me. She didn't ask me what size I wanted and acted like I could only afford the small one. She was very racist towards me. I had the Mikes Philly Steak sub. OMG the best I have ever had! It was in Mohegan Sun. Checked locations near me in MA...3 close by.

My Job introduced me to Jersey mikes a few months ago- I LOVED IT! i would ALWAYS go the Stoughton location. BROCKTON opened and I thought “YES” I can just drive 3 mins and freshness awaits me. Brockton Jersey Mikes Staff is ruining the brand. Messing up on orders although frequent - I can overlook. Brockton Jersey Mikes staff is unprofessional to say the least. RUDE, ZERO customer service- over the phone they are unpleasant but its worst in person. The store has been open for about a month- Ive given them as many chances I can. They have ruined the subs for me. Nasty attitudes, and mistakes with no apology will do it. If your on the south shore avoid Brockton. You will have to take the drive or eat at a proper Jersey Mike Location.

I got the giant Italian sub for 18 dollars which is kind of pricey for a sub shop but when they handed it to me I almost dropped it not realizing how heavy it was.....It was loaded with good quality cold cuts and tasted wonderful......Too much for one meal, so I finished it late at night.....I recommend going to Jersey Mikes for lunch, dinner, whenever...... Every time (5 time) each time they got it wrong this time they didn't add oil nor oregano I'm starting to believe the people don't know how to read I'm tired of calling complaining to management their solution everything come in don't order online and we will credit your subs some how!
