Walked in an hour and a half before there closing time and had the assistant manager personally ask me if im going to be eating inside, we responded yes and he replied “can you not” i thought that was really rude but ignored it and while eating my food i can hear him from my table complaining about us. I told him i will have a word with his boss and he said “i am the boss, i am HR” sooooo Would never go back again if customer service is like this all the time idek how they are still open.

1st time ever in a Jersey Mike's, i think your menu should indicate hot or cold for the sandwiches listed.
My friend knew what she wanted and ordered hers, i made the mistake of saying Italian bread. I was corrected in a not so nice fashion that's its not Italian its white. I apologize & said this was my first time here, listed what i wanted by ingredients chicken & bacon with ranch dressing. Then saw the #26, he asked if what was on it was fine asked for my name told me to give the slip to the cashier. I ate half my sandwich & tossed the rest, the chicken looked like it had a brown sauce and i was wondering if it was supposed to be the ranch dressing? I couldn't taste the ranch, i think i would have rather had a cold version of the sandwich. But after having dealt with the unfriendly person already, I wasn't gonna approach and complain. I may or may not try another type in the future. But, seeing him lean across the meat case and be on his cell phone texting and touching head & face while texting was very off putting.
