I don't like being ignored by staff when I am trying to order. Be prepared to wait forever and possibly just ignored if you go to order at the counter. I just gave up and left.

It’s a regular spot for me and my family cause the food is great usually. But today I bit into a piece of glass. I called the store but they didn’t really know what to do. I’m shocked and unsettled but don’t want others to get hurt please be careful.

Staff is nice and the food is good. The problem is the way it is structured. Last time I went in I waited for an hour on my order... They have 2 people on the line, one on hot subs, and one on register. The problem is that they stack up so much between online orders and walk-ins. Of course the prioritize the walk-ins because they are customers that are in store. This causes the online orders to back up because they don't have a someone that is available to specifically take care of online orders when there is a rush.
All in all I've gone to this location a couple times and the food is always good but I've always had to wait at least 20 minutes and because of that I don't think I will return until they are able to figure out a better strategy.

Bread is mangled small, narrow. Not the way it’s supposed to be. I got a number 7. Employee didn’t do the second layer of Turkey. I’m not going to pester anyone on how to do a job but the skinny guy a jersey mikes makes the most mediocre jersey mikes sandwiches ever.
